Case Management

Young people with significant/multiple mental health problems often need help locating resources and navigating the complex system of mental health services. Our case managers can provide the assistance needed to locate services and offer support to young people and their families.

We can assist in securing a Comprehensive Assessment, arranging for recommended services, and monitoring the effectiveness of any service intervention.
