Youth Focus creates safe places for vulnerable youth in crisis. Programs for youth include a crisis shelter that operates around-the-clock 365 days a year, three supportive housing programs for youth experiencing homelessness, an outpatient counseling program, and the Safe Place program. Sustainable funding is vital to keeping our doors open for youth in crisis, and we depend on financial support from our local community. Funding is provided by government grants, corporations and foundations, and individuals like you.
We’d like to take a moment to thank Women Impacting Greensboro. Our community has so many wonderful non-profits and we’re grateful for your consideration and contribution.
Sign up for quarterly emails filled with Youth Focus updates, good news, and information about how you can help.
We want to invite you to learn more about our work by taking a tour of our mission. Usually, we do our agency tours at one of our programs, but we are currently limiting visitors because of COVID. The great news is you can take a tour from the comfort of your own home! Email Jennifer Lewis at firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more.
It takes a village, and Youth Focus is appreciative of any and all community support. Individuals, groups and corporations are all equally appreciated and needed volunteers.
Love OPENS Doors
Youth Focus is excited to announce its first annual Love Opens Doors event, a benefit for vulnerable youth. It will be an inspiring time as an amazing young lady reflects on her time at Youth Focus. We’ll also hear from folks in our community who are passionate about bringing hope and healing to those around them. This will be a 45-minute virtual event on Tuesday evening, April 27th at 7 pm.
